La decisión del tribunal responde a una moción de emergencia presentada por la organización en defensa de los migrantes ‘Casa’, que había demandado al Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DHS) de Estados Unidos en mayo.

Talibanes negaron el secuestro de un exministro afgano-estadounidense reclamado por EE.UU.

La negativa de los talibanes contrasta con los numerosos informes de organizaciones de derechos humanos.
